Rachael Cook
Rachael L. Cook (born October 4 in 1978) is an American actress. She has appeared in the films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That 1999, and Josie and the Pussycats 2001. She is also an actor on the TV series Into the West and Perception. Tifa lockhart voices her. Rachael Cook was born in Minneapolis (Minnesota), her parents are Thomas Howard Cook and JoAnn Cook, both of whom are a stand-up comedian and a social worker. She is part-Italian. Cook made her public service announcement in foster care when she turned seven years old. Cook also began modeling as a child print model when she was 10 years old and was featured in national advertisements for Target. She attended Clara Barton Open School. Laurel Springs School.
